FACS version 0.07-a is now available. This is an "alpha" or "experimental" version - it may contain a fair number of bugs and/or incomplete documentation. Please only download FACS if you feel you would be able to submit constructive bug reports. These should be sent to [email].
You can either download version 0.07-a via the CVS tree (in which case make sure you download version 0.07 and not 0.06, the module name is 'facs'), or via direct HTTP download here.
